Your trust
matters to us.
Clear information about the personal details involved when you contact Philanntech, request a consultation or report a concern.
Privacy, without
the guesswork.
Philanntech respects the personal information people share when they contact us. This notice explains the information our website forms request and how enquiries are stored and delivered.
Last updated: 20 October 2026Website form submissions are currently disabled. Forms are not currently accepting submissions. This page describes how the website processes information when submissions are activated.
What information is involved?
Our contact and booking forms are designed to request only details relevant to responding to you. Depending on the type of enquiry, that may include:
- Your name, email address, optional phone number and organization.
- The service you are interested in, the purpose of a consultation and preferred session date or delivery format.
- Your enquiry category, subject and message.
- Optional complaint or report details, such as an incident date, reference and the outcome you are seeking.
- Acknowledgment of the privacy information when you submit the form.
Please do not include passwords, financial account information, health records or other unnecessary sensitive data in your message.
Why we request your details
The forms use the information you supply to deliver enquiries to the Philanntech team, respond through your preferred contact channel, discuss service requirements, arrange follow-up conversations and address reports or complaints.
A booking form is a request for a conversation, not an automatic appointment reservation. Information submitted through these forms is not intended for unsolicited marketing messages.
Depending on the nature of your request, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a service agreement, to address enquiries or complaints, or to protect the website from misuse. We handle requests in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Who helps deliver the service?
The website is deployed using Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a private PostgreSQL database provided by Neon and delivered to an authorized enquiry inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. These service providers may process technical and submitted information as necessary for hosting, secure storage and email delivery.
Only authorized personnel should access enquiries for response and follow-up. During the initial launch, the website sends notifications to a designated administrative inbox and does not send automated acknowledgement emails to the address you enter. We do not publish private submissions or use them as testimonials without permission.
Service providers may process information in different countries. Philanntech should periodically review provider data-transfer arrangements and contractual safeguards.
How long is information kept?
Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage follow-ups, resolve complaints, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether a business relationship follows.
You may request the removal of information that is no longer needed by contacting Philanntech through the Contact page. Some records may need to be retained longer where legally required.
How do we protect your information?
Form submissions are designed to be validated on the server before delivery, and email-service credentials are kept outside the public website code. Enquiries are subject to server-side validation and submission rate limiting, and the email delivery process uses server-held credentials.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. If you think you have sent sensitive information by mistake, please notify Philanntech through an established official contact channel.
Control over your personal data
Subject to applicable law, including Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, you may be entitled to request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, objection or portability, and to withdraw consent where it is the lawful basis for processing.
You may also raise concerns with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission . To exercise your rights, use the Contact page, select General enquiry, and enter a subject such as “Privacy or data request.”
